Synopsis:  Sarepta brought the first Duchene Muscular Dystrophy treatment to market in the form of a one-time, iv administered gene therapy with a price tag of $2.91M.  We were engaged to prepare and deliver the product launch and delivery experience.  With 5 distinct audiences, the challenge was to absorb what teams of trained medical and clinical professionals are trained to know and distill it to these audiences in their language.  Details like the requirement to collect accurate weight data of patients who are all in different wheelchairs are but one of the unique variances that can only be learned through discovery with boots on the ground experts.
