As program leader for Novo Nordisk Ozempic web products I also managed the integration of their sample fulfillment partner into the HCP website.  This integration reduced workloads for orders, shortened lead times to get samples, and enabled HCP’s to know what was in stock immediately.  Leading cross functional teams through discovery and execution, I was able to create scope for the integration, plan sprints, and follow the work through the backlog until testing and launch.

This project also utilized Novo’s CDP (Customer Data Platform).
