Recently consulted with Swire Coca Cola a large sized beverage distributor based in Utah.  These folks are like most businesses – they care about their people and customers and are great at what they do but needed to know what they don’t know about who they need to reach and how to do it while knowing and positioning themselves against their competitors.  My approach was to audit the entire organization from tech stack and operational strategy to marketing plans and metric benchmarks for both B2B and B2C audiences.  I set to work researching the landscape and knocking on all their doors.  Utilized many tools including SEMRush – a superior choice for performance visibility past G4.
