The launch plan for ROADTEK included shows and events across the United States allowing consumers and brands to encounter the product line.  The crown jewel was SEMA 2024 where we chose to launch with 2 booths for maximum coverage including the core booth inside the tools and equipment hall and one outside for traffic. To build excitement and retain a competitive edge, I prepared and launched a drip campaign with email, print, PR, and social but kept the actual product under wraps. We had 4 partner vehicles onsite allowing compelling product demos.  The results were incredible.  We were one of the highest trafficked booths of all SEMA.  They do not publish their results but let us know we were a top performer.  Outcomes: Best New Tool, 8 Global Media Awards, Big Box Contracts, Social Launch

Our show footprint was large for our size, and I opted for a 9’x16′ video wall to showcase the product and draw visitors in where they would experience the products and brand activations with scannable merch and a sweepstakes.  Shopify POS tablets allowed booth models to take orders and scan badges.

Lift Powered was our product tagline, so I brought on a strong man to work the crowd.
